Flemming Rickfors
President
Flemming Rickfors is a retired Investment Banker and former Estonian Ambassador to Brazil. As a politically exposed person himself, Flemming understands the unique security needs of a high profile individual. We are proud to have him at the helm.
Donna Smith
CEO
Donna Smith is a nationally renowned security expert, with over 30 years of experience in the private security and intelligence industry. As a current member of the US Department of State Overseas Security Advisory Council, Donna maintains a high state of awareness regarding International Security matters. In addition, Donna has provided investigation and security consultation and commentary on the national media circuit, appearing on Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, USA Today and local Orlando, FL area news programs.
Donna specializes in providing solutions for high threat security situations the world over. She has the unique distinction of having staffed and managed a VERY high threat security detail in Libya as a civil war raged and the world sought to locate the Libyan dictator, Momar Ghadaffi. She has also staffed and managed a high threat contract security in Haiti, including the high profile extraction of US citizens during civil unrest. Donna has oversaw other high threat security situations in most of the world's "hot spots" in her 30+ year career.
In addition, Donna created a team of elite security professionals to provide disaster security throughout the country, and has deployed her teams after every major hurricane since 2010. When an EF5 tornado hit Joplin, MO in May 2011, Donna's disaster response security guards were in place within 90 minutes to support the client, a nationwide kidney dialysis clinic.
Bill Heinzelmann
Executive Security Consultant
Bill Heinzelmann graduated from Susquehanna University with a BS in Business Global Management. He served 10 years in the United State Marine Corps as an Infantry Platoon Commander, Force Recon Platoon Commander, Company Executive Officer, Inspector & Instructor, and Company Commander. During his service he conducted six deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan and South America.
His diversified career in the Marine Corps has built a broad base of experience and expertise in leadership, operations, planning, managing complex projects in high threat environments. He has planned, designed, and supervised the implementation of training operations for many diverse mission sets.
Following his service, Bill moved to Cincinnati to start a family with his wife, Jackie. Bill spent seven years in the biotech industry performing multiple sales roles for Thermo Fisher Scientific and Exact Sciences. Bill co-founded Stand Up for Me Inc, a nonprofit organization helping
Bill co-founded Stand Up For Me Inc, a nonprofit helping people with disabilities get the technology they need to live a more independent and productive life, and currently serves as the President of the board. In March of 2019, Bill founded Stalwart COM, a technology solutions company.
In April of this year Bill joined the leadership team of B6 Security and Investigations as an Executive Security Consultant. In this role Bill is focused on expanding the company’s offering and growing the business nationally and internationally. Bill also volunteers time as a soccer coach for I9 youth sports and as a Senior Fellow for the London Center for Policy Research.

Marcel Marcel, Esq.
Mr. Marcel is an Attorney licensed to practice in Federal Court with offices in Washington DC and Orlando, Florida. Mr. Marcel is a US Military Veteran (101st Airborne) who advises on certain aspects related to US Government security contracting and International Security.
Tom Stutler, Esq., CPP
Mr. Stutler is an internationally recognized and respected security expert and published author. He formerly served as an FBI Supervisory Special Agent, and former Assistant District Attorney in Florida. He is currently the Director of Security for a Multi-national corporation, and provides invaluable consultation on high profile International projects.
Scott H. Partridge
Mr. Partridge is a retired Sergeant with the Metro-Dade County Sheriff's Office in Miami, Florida. During his law enforcement career, Mr Partridge was a member of Dade County's first SWAT team as well as a member of a highly successful crime suppression team that was responsible for a dramatic reduction in crime during the 1980's. Sgt Partridge went on to become the Safety and Security Director for the original Miami Vice Television show as well as Bodyguard to the show's stars. Mr Partridge is a well respected Expert Witness and is often called upon for guidance and advice on matters relating to high profile celebrity security.
Chris Allison
Chris Allison is a sought after personal protection expert, having served 20 years in the United State Marine Corps, providing National Asset Security, Executive Protection Security at The Pentagon, Infantry Battalions, Force Recon Companies and Joint Special Operations. During his service he conducted 7 deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, South America, Africa, Europe and Australia.
His diversified career in the Marine Corps and Joint Special Operations has engrained a multitude of operational experience including operational planning, training and execution.
Following his service, Chris founded Release Point Performance Inc, a performance training center for fitness and skill specific needs in the protection industry.
